We currently only deliver Orders placed via the Website/Website Call/WhatsApp to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
There is no Minimum order amount through our website.
DELIVERY
The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in the United Arab Emirates:

- Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first day following the date on which the Order was submitted.
- Delivery timelines are estimates; see further details below.
- We reserve the right to impose redelivery charges where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
Free Delivery is applied to orders in the following regions:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Free delivery on orders above 100 AED
- Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain: Free delivery on orders above 150 AED
- Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: Free delivery on orders above 250 AED
Free delivery applies within Dubai when you spend over 100 AED or more online in a single order delivered to a single address. The basket value retained to determine the delivery fee is calculated inclusive of any other.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF AN ORDER?
Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process. Processing an order involves picking, packing, and getting the order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered ‘shipped’. Once the order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically. If you check out as a guest, tracking information will not be available.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
Yes, once an order is placed, you must immediately contact us via website, call/ WhatsApp, and inform us of what you would like to change.
